Graze Craze, a fast casual charcuterie franchise, has launched a Wine Pairing Board in collaboration with certified sommelier and wine educator Warner Boin Dowlearn.
The product is an experiential charcuterie board designed to simplify the wine pairing process for consumers, debuting in time for the holiday season, Dowlearn said in a company press release.
The boards feature a curated selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, dips and chocolates. Each board comes with a "Pocket Guide to Wine Pairings," created with Dowlearn's company, Confidence Uncorked, to guide guests through confident at-home pairings.
"We both share a belief that wine should be fun, approachable and delicious," said Dowlearn, whose engaging approach to wine has earned her a large social media following. "We've removed the uncertainty with Graze Craze's stunning Wine Pairing Board and the Pocket Guide."
The boards are available in three sizes:
Cory Hibbard, president of Graze Craze, said the collaboration brings an upscale, yet approachable, experience to the brand's offerings. He first discussed the idea on an August epiosdie of Fast Casual Nation.
"Our guests have been asking for something that feels upscale but still approachable, and Warner helped bring that vision to life," Hibbard said in the release. "It's a fun way to feel more confident in your wine choices, while enjoying the high-quality product Graze Craze is known for."
Graze Craze's teams of "Grazologists" curate the boards with a variety of high-quality ingredients.
