Freshii is opening in mid-September in Grand Rapids, Michigan, making it the second franchise location by franchisee Nathan Ashcraft.

Freshii is opening in mid-September in Grand Rapids, Michigan, making it the second franchise location by franchisee Nathan Ashcraft.

"More and more people are looking for healthy options that are quick and convenient, and Freshii fulfills that need," Ashcraft said in a company press release.

Located at 3251 Knapp St., SE, the 1,800-square-foot space at Knapp's Crossing will tap into a customer base that is already growing, said Chris Prins of Colliers International of West Michigan.

"Our goal is bringing in businesses that meet consumer demand and that make sense for the community," he said.
