Gordon Ramsay launching fast casual at Orlando's Icon Park

Renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay is bringing a fast casual fish and chips restaurant to Icon Park in Orlando come August.

The quest is one of nostalgia for Ramsay, according to an Attractions Magazine report.

"It was a real tradition for me growing up, so I'm excited to bring that nostalgia from my youth to Orlando, for all the residents that call the City Beautiful home and the millions of tourists that visit each year," Ramsay told the news outlet.

The restaurant will feature indoor/outdoor seating for 30 and is the first Gordon Ramsay North America location outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. The menu will feature sustainable cod coated in a custard powder batter, thick cut French fries as well as a chips sprinkled with truffle, Parmesan and chives. There will even be a chipotle chip option, according to the report.

There will be secret menu items as well, and more traditional entrees such as marinated shrimp.
