Giardino Gourmet Salads hooks Boca Raton locations

Giardino Gourmet Salads is opening two units in southern florida counties, under the direction of a former IBM and Microsoft executive, Armando Exposito, according to a company press release. Exposito and his wife have signed agreements to open restaurants in Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida, becoming the first franchise group to operate a restaurant for the chain in the Boca Raton area.

The Expositos are the eighth franchise group for Giardino, which operates 14 locations in South Florida and Tennessee. The chain will soon be opening in Raleigh, North Carolina, according to the release.
