Genghis Grill upgrades loyalty program

Genghis Grill has updated its mobile platform thanks to a partnership with Punchh, a loyalty and engagement platform. Fans can now access the app featuring more lucrative rewards and easier mobile ordering, according to a company press release.

The app integrates with Olo, an online ordering platform that offers direct-to-POS ordering capabilities via mobile, web, in-car and more.

"A robust customer loyalty program is one of the most important pillars of Genghis Grill's engagement strategy and so much has changed in the landscape since we last updated our program," Blake Johnson, VP of marketing for Genghis Grill, said in the release. "We approached our friends at Punchh with the challenge of creating a more engaging, lucrative rewards program to drive frequency. Our teams have developed a program that is going to excite existing members and give new members many reasons to join. Using seamless integration with Olo, the new mobile app experience is better than ever."

Since launching 24 years ago in Dallas, Genghis Grill has over 50 locations.
