Genghis Grill giving franchise incentives

Genghis Grill has announced single and multi-unit franchisee incentives, including a reduced franchise fee of $5,000 per location, $0 in development fees (normally $75,000) and up-to $150,000 in royalties waived over the initial two years. The first unit must be opened within 12 months of franchise agreement signing.

"This is the perfect opportunity for restaurant operators looking for a DMA filler or to expand their restaurant portfolio. This significant concession offers even more opportunity for customization, freshness and fun in communities across the nation and will ignite entrepreneurs looking to expand with a leading concept."

Launched 24 years ago in Dallas, Genghis has over 50 locations, serving 3.2 million customers annually, of which 250,000 are Genghis Reward members.

Diversifying revenue streams has been a high priority for the brand over the last five years, investing in shadow kitchen concepts and recently launching an extensive catering program.

Genghis is awarding locations to franchise partners who are sophisticated, well-capitalized operators and have multi-unit and development experience. Depending on geography, size of the store, configuration of the store and several other determining factors, the investment per store ranges from $346,600 to $973,500.
