Gather Kitchen opens first location

Gather Kitchen, a healthy comfort food concept, plans to open its first location at Thanksgiving Tower in Dallas, Texas, in 2017.

The concept, founded by Nicki Hamilton and Soraya Spencer, will offer a quick, healthy, farm-to-table food experience.

"Downtown Dallas is booming, growing and evolving and we believe our concept fits a need for professionals in downtown who want a quick, casual, healthy and limitless menu," said Spencer, in a release.
