Fuzion Food Group hires new VP, executive chef

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Menu Development executive chef Andy Revella has joined Fuzion Food Group as its executive vice president of technical services and executive chef.
Revella has more than 30 years industry experience. He was responsible for the menu development and operations The Rain Forest Café, Bennigan's, Steak & Ale and B.B. Kings. Additionally, he was the founder and past president of the American Beverage Institute.
Fuzion Food Group includes the Pyramid Pizza, Hot Java Cool Blues and The Crazy Parrot restaurant concepts. The company's business model offers operators the support of a chain restaurant operating system but without the typical fee.
