Fuego Tortilla Grill, a Texas-based fast casual chain, has launched a loyalty program and revamped website to enhance customer engagement.
The company partnered with Thanx for the loyalty program, which allows customers to earn points for every dollar spent and redeem them for menu items, starting with free chips and queso for signing up and a free taco for every 100 points.
"Our fans are loyal. This isn't their first rodeo, and we want to give them a loyalty experience that feels just as thoughtful and satisfying as the food they love," Adam Griffith, VP of technology at Uncommon Brands, said in a press release.
The website, powered by Squarespace, features updated visuals and easier online ordering and loyalty point redemption.
Fuego has locations in College Station, San Marcos, San Antonio and Waco.
