Fuddruckers to debut in Carolina, Puerto Rico

Fuddruckers has announced the opening of its newest Puerto Rico location in Carolina. Under the direction of franchisee Max Olivera of Puerto Rico-based Caribbean Investment Group, Corp., the restaurant serves as a relocation of the Fuddruckers previously located in another shopping center.

The new location also represents a dual concept space for the franchisee with their Uno Chicago Grill restaurant.

"We appreciate the efforts of Caribbean Investment Group, Corp.to continue elevating the guest experience in Carolina, and we are pleased that customers now have a more convenient and attractive, new location to enjoy our premium fast casual fare," said Peter Tropoli, chief operating officer, Fuddruckers.

In addition to Fuddruckers signature menu items, Puerto Rican diners can order the regionally inspired Boriqua Burger, made with sweet plantains that they can then customize.

Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants LLC operates restaurants under the brands Luby's and Fuddruckers. The company-operated restaurants include 93 cafeterias, 58 Fuddruckers restaurants and four other non-core restaurants. Its 93 Luby's restaurants are located throughout Texas and other states. Its Fuddruckers restaurants include 58 company-operated locations and 125franchises across the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada.
