Fuddruckers opens second unit in North Dakota

Fuddruckers opened the second of five restaurants planned for North Dakota with franchisee Serka Services LLC. The newest Fuddruckers opened at 1603 35th Ave, SW in Minot, near the Dakota Square Mall.

"We're excited to be expanding our presence in North Dakota with the Serka Services LLC team and have been thrilled by the state's reception to the Fuddruckers brand," COO Peter Tropoli said in a news release. "We look forward to becoming part of the Minot community and earning fans for our premium, fast casual dining experience that is unlike anything in the area."
