Luby's Inc. has opened a 3,650-square-foot Fuddruckers in the medical center area of central Houston at 2400 B South MacGregor Way. The center shares a parking lot with a Luby's cafeteria.
Luby's is the parent company of Fuddruckers.
"It's always exciting to open a new restaurant in our hometown," said Peter Tropoli, chief operating officer. "We are particularly enthusiastic about this site, however, which has already served us well with an existing Luby's thanks to its prime location just off Highway 288 and minutes from the Texas Medical Center, Hermann Park, the Museum District, University of Houston, Texas Southern University and burgeoning Almeda Road."
