Fuddruckers loses president

BizJournal: The president of Fuddruckers has left the Austin hamburger restaurant chain after less than a year.
Fuddruckers spent about $1 million to move its corporate headquarters from Beverly, Mass., to Austin last year and brought aboard Scott Nietschmann, former chief operating officer of Chili's Grill & Bar, as president. When Nietschmann joined the company, co-owner Bryce King relinquished his president's position to become CEO.
