Fuddruckers introduces ostrich, wild boar burger lineup

On the heels of itssale to Tavistock Group, Fuddruckers has announced the introduction of its new Fudds Exotics burgers.
 
Fudds Exotics are Fuddruckers all-natural, free-range, grass and grain-fed game burgers and wild-caught salmon filet. Fuddruckers will begin introducing Fudds Exotics by serving half-pound  Buffalo Burgers and 5-ounce salmon filets in participating Fuddruckers across North America.
 
 
To promote the launch, Fuddruckers is asking guests, "Are You Game?" to introduce and convey the fun and adventure of this new category of burgers. The Exotics offerings include:
 
  • ½ lb. Buffalo Burgers - Tender and flavorful, zero trans fats and good source of iron.
  • ½ lb. Elk Burgers - Available this July in participating Fuddruckers.
  • ½ lb. Wild Boar Burgers - Coming this September to participating Fuddruckers.
  • 7 oz. Ostrich Burgers - Available on a seasonal basis arriving in participating restaurants this November.
  • 5 oz. Salmon Filets - Now available in participating Fuddruckers.

"While Fuddruckers World's Greatest Hamburgers are legendary for their quality, taste and juiciness, Fudds Exotics offers guests exciting new tastes with nutritional benefits and the same Build Your Own Burger experience they've come to love at Fuddruckers."
 
Fudds Exotics offerings may vary regionally depending on local taste preferences.
