Fuddruckers debuts new chicken offering

Fuddruckers may be known for its burgers, but the Texas-born fast casual chain is spreading its wings with the Monterey Chicken Flatbread Sandwich.

Available through June 27, the special features a skinless and boneless chicken breast dusted in a signature spice blend and then grilled, according to a company press release. Topped with cheddar cheese, smokehouse bacon and fresh guacamole, it's folded into a griddle-pressed, house-made flatbread, which is created from Fuddruckers' bun dough.

Fuddruckers has 68 locations and is run by Luby's Inc.
