Freshii to enter Arizona market

Entrepreneur father-and-son team Dale and Dave I. Singh have signed a multiunit franchise deal to open and operate five Freshii restaurants in Arizona. The new franchisees plan to open restaurants in Scottsdale and Phoenix, with the first location set to open within the next six months.

Dale Singh is founder and president/CEO of an information technology company providing consulting and staffing services in Arizona and parts of the southwest U.S. Singh also has consulting experience with several Fortune 500 companies, and experience owning and operating commercial real estate and hospitality ventures.

"Freshii has fresh, healthy and delicious meals and snacks with a customizable menu," Dale Singh said. "Their menu offerings are made with sustainably grown ingredients and the entire chain is environmentally friendly. My two very health conscious daughters love the concept. Freshii is current, hip and perfectly suited for health-conscious consumers in Scottsdale and Phoenix."

Freshii also is opening its 21st location in Denver May 3. Additionally, there are more than 300 units in varying stages of development in the United States., Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Austria.
