Freshii sells Baltimore master franchise deal

Goel Management, a franchisor of 12 Baja Fresh restaurants, Verizon Wireless retail stores as well as various real estate holdings, has purchased the master franchise rights for Freshii for the entire Baltimore region. Additionally, Goel Management owns the master franchise rights for Freshii for the Philadelphia area and has plans to open more than 30 restaurants.

The deal marks one of at least five franchise deals for the Toronto-based concept. Other recent agreements include franchise deals for Southern California, Chicago, Houston, New York City and Washington, D.C.
