Between now and New Year's Eve, Freshii, a fresh casual chain, will open 16 new locations in new and existing markets. With almost 100 stores in operation and 60 more in construction, Freshii now boasts units in 40 cities in eight countries, according to a company press release. The brand's recent press – including features on Undercover Boss, The Food Network and Fortune Magazine – is continuing to attract quality franchise partners worldwide.
"The day I opened the first Freshii location at age 23, was the first day I ever worked in the restaurant industry," said Founder & CEO Matthew Corrin. New units will open in Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Minneapolis, Charlotte, N.C.; Edina, Minn.; Grand Rapids, Mich.; Vancouver, Wash.; Stockholm, Sweden; New Brunswick, Canada; Halifax, Nova Scotia; and Regina, Saskatchewan.
