Fresh to Order puts 10 sites in Indy

October 4, 2016

Fresh to Order is partnering with Acuity Restaurant Group CEO Charles Hensley to bring 10 Fresh To Order restaurants to Indianapolis. This is the chain's second multi-unit agreement for new locations in the Midwest. Other cities in the expansion are Chicago and Philadelphia, according to a news release.

"I have been looking for the right brand to partner with, and I have had my eye on Fresh To Order for some time now," said Hensley, former CEO of McIndy Ventures LLC, which had 19 McAlister’s Deli locations. "In fact, when I sat on the Franchise Advisory Council for McAlister's Deli, we talked about Fresh To Order and how Pierre Panos was an innovator who had carved out a new niche called fast-fine. I also sought a concept that was primed for expansion in catering service."

While Hensley was the catering sales leader with McAlister’s, the chain was named one of Indiana’s top 10 catering ventures, according to a news release.

"Charlie Hensley is exactly the type of franchisee we are looking to grow with," Fresh to Order Founder and CEO Pierre Panos said in a news release. "We are very selective with whom we want to represent the brand."
