Fresh To Order makes Nashville debut

March 18, 2014

Nashville, Tenn., is now home to a Fresh to Order (f2o), located at 2300 Elliston Place Suite 10, according to a company press release.

"We're very excited about bringing a new concept to the vibrant West End and surrounding areas including Vanderbilt University and Hospital, Centennial Medical Center, and Baptist Hospital. It's a perfect option for anyone looking to grab a quick and affordable meal without having to sacrifice on quality and flavor," said CEO Pierre Panos. "Whether you want a salad or something heartier like our long plates, we offer a variety of flavorful dishes made with the best ingredients."

This is the second Tennessee location for Fresh To Order that blends the best of the fast casual and fine casual dining worlds, Panos said. Fresh To Order has one location in Chattanooga and plans to open four additional restaurants in Nashville and two in Knoxville. For more information on Fresh To Order, visit freshtoorder.com or f2ofranchise.com.

The menu includes a selection of combinations, including a crushed almond crusted tuna steak, brown sugar roasted pork loin with caramelized onion apricot chutney and 'better for you' black bean and tuna burgers made in-house. Upon ordering, customers can watch as the kitchen crew fire up the grill and cook proteins like chicken, steak and fish. Dressings and soups are prepared from scratch twice-daily in-store. In addition, Fresh To Order features a selection of wines and beers to complement dishes, Panos said.
