Freebirds launches on-demand delivery

Freebirds World Burrito, a Texas-based Mexican restaurant concept, is offering on-demand delivery via a partnership with fellow Texas-based company, Favor Delivery.

"Freebirds and Favor not only share Texas roots but also a commitment to exceptional service," Eric Coolbaugh, Freebirds' vice president of marketing, said in a company press release. "Our guests can text their Favor driver with any questions or special instructions throughout their delivery, and to enhance safety, all deliveries will be placed at the doorstep for a contactless experience."

The partnership kicked off this week with free delivery through Friday.

Freebirds, based in Austin, has 55 locations in Texas.
