Continuing its support of the United Service Organizations, Freebirds World Burrito is encouraging its guests to help U.S. military families by participating in its latest Burritos for Good campaign (#BurritosforGood) throughout the month of July.
Freebirds guests, also known as Fanatics, who participate in the company’s loyalty program, can elect to donate rewards points or “stamps” this month to support the U.S. military and their families through Freebirds’ partnership with the USO, according to a company press release.
To participate, Fanatics log in to their Freebirds account and click 'donate stamps' and choose one of the seven participating USO centers in the Southwest region to receive the donation. The center locations include: USO Fort Hood, USO San Antonio, USO Dallas-Fort Worth, Bob Hope USO and USO Fort Riley. Every 10 stamps donated equals one meal.
Already, more than 7,000 stamps, or 700 meals, have been donated by Freebirds guests across the country in support of the Burritos for Good USO campaign, according to the release.
