Freddy's adds Franchise Development VP

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has hired Nick Booras as a VP of Franchise Development, where he'll work with Franchise Development VP Mary Coots to identify prospective franchisees and coach prospects through the discovery process.

Booras has nearly two decades of experience growing and developing national franchise brands like Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Focus Brands, McAlister's, Corner Bakery Café and Boston Pizza.

"This year, we celebrated the opening of our 500th restaurant and will open more than 60 new locations nationwide. Freddy's is growing rapidly nationwide, and these milestones represent the strength of our franchise model," Chief Development Officer Andrew Thengvall said in a company press release. "I'm thrilled to welcome Nick to our team. His expertise will bring a valuable perspective to our development strategy and build on our current momentum."

Based in Wichita, Kansas, Freddy's Frozen Custard has over 500 locations.
