Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers reducing franchise royalty fees

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers is reducing U.S. franchise royalty fees by 20 percent for the first three contract years.

September 4, 2014

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers is reducing U.S. franchise royalty fees by 20 percent for the first three contract years.

The offer is good through Dec. 31.

"Not only is this a great opportunity to make a jump into what we think is one of the better  'better burger' concepts in the country, but we’re also backing it up with an incredible franchise support system,” said president and founder Brent Skaggs in a company press release. "Freakin’ offers a  complete package for franchisees including training, opening and operations support as well as marketing guidance. “We took everything we learned over the past 20-plus years as  franchisees ourselves and came up with a plan that supports each and every new unit,”

Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers launched its “Freakin’ Franchising” program in early 2014 along with the opening of the company’s second corporate owned unit and first Metro  Detroit location. The 20 percent incentive puts the royalty fee at a 4 percent for the first three years of all agreements signed in 2014.
