Franchising revving up at CoreLife Eatery

February 8, 2017

CoreLife Eatery is opening its doors in at least three new markets — Lexington, Kentucky, and Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.

Franchisee Jacqueline Mansfield, who signed an 18-unit deal with CoreLife, will open at least three units this year, according to a company press release. The first opens in May on Houston Road in Florence, Kentucky, a part of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metropolitan area. Mansfield will then turn her focus to a unit at The Summit at Fritz Farm, a retail facility in Lexington, Kentucky. In November, a unit in Centerville, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton, will open in front of Costco.

"I truly love what CoreLife Eatery stands for. We all need to eat healthier and improve what we put into our bodies," Jacqueline Mansfield, said in the release. "The energy, culture and ambiance of the brand all combine for a guest experience that is second to none."

The company also signed a deal with restaurateur Joyce Lunsford to open as many as 51 restaurants in Michigan and Indiana, according to the release.
