Franchisees challenge Quiznos CEO's assertions

BlueMauMau: The Toasted Subs Franchisee Association, a group of Quiznos franchisees, has issued a letter challenging remarks made by Quiznos CEO Greg Brenneman in a "State of the Quiznos System" voicemail announcement. BlueMauMau received a copy of the letter anonymously.
