Franchisee files $12M suit against Atlanta Bread Company

Atlanta Business Journal: A year ago, Sean Lupton-Smith was one of the most successful franchisees of Atlanta Bread Company International Inc. Today, Lupton-Smith, 38, is suing the Atlanta-based franchisers for $12 million, saying they wrongfully terminated his ownership of five franchises, including two at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport that earned him nearly $2 million in profits a year.
