Boudin Bakery has named Clarice Turner as its CEO. The former Starbucks SVP of Food & Evenings Americas will also serve on the board of directors of the brand’s restaurant group, Boudin SF, which operates 28 restaurants located throughout California, according to a company press release.
"I am both honored and humbled to join the Boudin team and lead one of America’s oldest and iconic brands into the future," Turner said.
During her tenure at Starbucks, Turner led Starbucks food business in the United States and Americas and helped to pioneer the chain's Starbucks Evenings program, which features, beer and small plates, according to the press release. Prior to Starbucks, Turner was president, COO and board director of Papa Murphy’s Take 'N' Bake Pizza. She now serves on the Culinary Institute of America Board of Fellows and is an executive board director for the National Restaurant Association and vice chair of its Food and Healthy Living committee.
