Focus Brands gives employees PTO to get COVID-19 vaccinaion

Focus Brands, the parent company Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's, has launched a new vaccination policy for all company-owned store locations and field-based associates, effective immediately.

Now through Dec. 31, 2021, employees will receive two hours of paid time off for each COVID-19 vaccine shot, ultimately adding up to four PTO hours for employees who receive the two-shot vaccination. While getting vaccinated is not mandatory, Focus Brands' leadership team is providing employees with the necessary tools and resources to educate themselves about the benefits of the vaccine and encouraging all to make the best decision for themselves.
