Flame Broiler, a Korean-inspired fast casual restaurant known for its rice bowls, is relaunching franchising after a five-year hiatus to focus on building a stronger Restaurant Support Center. The team also enhanced support for existing franchisees and laid the groundwork for sustainable growth under the leadership of the family's second generation, said President Christian Lee, who recently joined the leadership team, along with his brother, CIO Daniel Lee.

Founded in 1995 in in Orange County, California, by Young Lee, Flame Broiler has expanded across five states.
