Flame Broiler opening in San Bernardino

January 8, 2018

Flame Broiler is opening this week in San Bernardino, California, under the direction of franchisee Brian Kang, who owns and manages the location in Redlands, California.

"I am very excited to see Flame Broiler flourish in San Bernardino," he said in the release. "There are very few healthy, fast-casual alternatives in the surrounding area, and being able to give customers an option like Flame Broiler fits into our overall goal of getting more people to develop proper eating habits through the clean, simple and affordable fast food we provide."

Flame Broiler’s core menu features rice bowls that start at 140 calories. The bowls are prepared with non-GMO white or brown rice, Angus beef, all-natural chicken or organic charbroiled tofu, freshly blanched vegetables, and topped with chopped green onions. For an added flavor kick, may top their bowls with Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce, double hot sauce, triple hot sauce or their Korean BBQ inspired Magic Sauce, said Young Lee, CEO and founder of Flame Broiler.

"As a company, it is always exciting to see new Flame Broiler locations open," he said in the release. "We enjoy seeing franchisees like Brian who truly love and support the brand open up a new store in a new market, and are looking forward to his continued success within San Bernardino."

Flame Broiler San Bernardino will be located at 2535 Del Rosa Avenue, N. San Bernardino, California 92404. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
