Five Guys to deploy MICROS POS, back office solution

MICROS Systems Inc. has announced that Five Guys Enterprises LLC has designated MICROS Restaurant Enterprise Solution (RES) as an approved solution for its corporate stores and franchisees on a national level. Five Guys also will deploy MICROS's mymicros.net, myinventory, and mylabor as its enterprise back-office solution.
The MICROS RES solution will provide Five Guys with a secure system that focuses on data integrity, easy software deployment and real-time business intelligence. The touchscreen and remote printer functionality also will drive customer satisfaction through kitchen efficiency, while boosting profitability.
MICROS's mymicros.net is a robust and comprehensive reporting engine that compiles and organizes typical financial and operational information in online reports. With myinventory, Five Guys can centrally perform daily tasks associated with managing in-store and company-wide inventories including ordering, receiving, inventory counts and costs. And mylabor will provide Five Guys with an enterprise employee management application to centrally manage human resource tasks such as time and attendance, labor scheduling, staffing requirements and even employee self-service functions.
