Five Guys is rolling out the Zenput platform across corporate U.S. locations and plans to provide it to franchisees in the future.
The platform, according to a press release, will help the fast casual brand drive brand standards and boost the customer experience. Five Guys wanted greater visibility into store operations and the ability to flag, track and correct any issues.
"We do burgers and fries, and we want to do that perfectly every time which is a non-trivial feat across a large global operation," said Bob Kozura, vice president of operations at Five Guys, in the release. "Zenput helps us execute on the procedures and brand standards we've designed."
Zenput's mobile solution gives store managers an easy way to conduct daily walk-throughs and capture progress against daily procedure checklists. District managers can use the platform to perform detailed assessments during store visits and automatically set in motion necessary corrective actions.
