Five Guys Burgers and Fries is moving forward with its Midwest expansion push. The company recently opened locations in southern Indiana and also announced it had raised$10 million in private equity funding.
According to an article in the Courier-Journal(Louisville, Ky.), Birmingham, Ala.-based Kevin Kynerd, along with several partners, plans to open 10 Louisville locations by 2015. Kynerd and his partners also opened the two New Albany, Ind., locations.
