Five Guys launched its first ghost kitchen Monday in San Francisco, California, partnering withCloudKitchens to expand its reach.
The delivery and takeout site, located at 90 Charter Oak Ave., serves food from its classic menu through major delivery apps, fiveguys.com or charteroakfood.com. The location operates daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
"We're pumped to be the first Five Guys location opening in San Francisco and can't wait to start serving our iconic burgers, hot dogs, fries, and milkshakes to the city," franchisee Owner Sanjeev Kumar, of Tripart Management, said in a press release. "Partnering with CloudKitchens has finally given us a way to enter the market, and we're excited about what's ahead."
The collaboration allows Five Guys to expand cost-effectively, addressing rising capital costs and the growing trend of digital ordering, according to the release.
Founded in Arlington, Virginia, in 1986, Five Guys operates over 1,900 locations globally.
