Firehouse Subs partners with ArrowStream for supply chain software

Firehouse Subs has selected ArrowStream's OnDemand supply chain management and analysis solution.

ArrowStream Inc. announced that Firehouse Subs has selected ArrowStream's OnDemand supply chain management and analysis solution.

"OnDemand delivers the data and tools we need to make proactive supply chain and business decisions," said Matthew Riddleberger, VP of Supply Chain Services at Firehouse Subs, in a press release. "Bringing value to our franchisees is my team's number one priority, and OnDemand supports this commitment in many ways."

OnDemand manages food spend, contracts, inventory and quality assurance.

"Our customers utilize OnDemand to change the way they do business. Instead of spending time trying to gather and spot audit data, they are now able to have access to current information, realign business units, and become more strategic in their decision-making," Jeff Dorr, chief customer officer at ArrowStream, said in the release.
