Firehouse Subs makes Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket permanent item

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The latest limited-time offer from Firehouse Subs, the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub, has become part of the chain's permanent menu, making it the first addition in nearly a decade.
 
The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub features a quarter-pound of freshly sliced USDA choice beef brisket that has been hickory smoked for at least 10 hours in an authentic smokehouse. The brisket is then steamed with melted cheddar cheese and served on a toasted sub roll. The sandwich is topped off with a special combination of sauces, including Sweet Baby Ray's Gourmet BBQ sauce.
