Firehouse names VP of finance and technology

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.— Vincent F. Burchianti has been named as vice president of finance and technology for Firehouse Restaurant Group, the parent company of Firehouse Subs.
The appointment after Burchianti spent six years as the company's corporate controller. Burchianti's promotion also includes an executive-level appointment to Firehouse Subs' finance company, Capital 94 LLC.
Burchianti has 16 years of industry experience. Previously, he was a corporate accounting consultant for Nathan's Famous Inc., and assisted with the company's merger with Miami Subs Corporation. He also held an assistant controller position with Miami Subs in Miami, Fla. He began his career with Arby's Inc. as a regional accounting manager.
Burchianti graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. He is a native of Miami, Fla.
