Fired Pie dishes out a little something different

Fired Pie is adding some decidedly non-pie elements to the menu with its new Mac 'N Cheese dish offering, with options to customize the hearty pasta concoction to the guest's preferences, a news release said. 

The standard Mac 'N Cheese offering at the chain is priced at $6.99, but customers can add any three ingredients and their choice of cheese for another $2. All options are offered with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top and baked in a stone hearth pizza oven.

For its pizzas, the chain has also added a gluten-free cauliflower crust option for an additional $2.29. Fired Pie now has 20 locations that all offer customizable pies with the diner's choice of dough, sauce and toppings.
