Fiesta Restaurant Group adds senior director of off-premise consumption

Fiesta Restaurant Group, parent company of the Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana, has hired Jackie Swift-Kurkjian as senior director of off-premise consumption, according to a press release.

Swift-Kurkjian, who served as national director of catering and backline sales for Potbelly and director of catering sales and operations for Qdoba, is now responsible for growing Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana's backline sales, including catering, takeout and delivery channels.

"The expertise Jackie brings will enhance our opportunities to build catering, online, and third-party delivery sales and capitalize on the company's investment in new management systems, staff and other resources as part of Fiesta's Strategic Renewal Plan," Fiesta President and Chief Executive Officer Richard Stockinger said in the release.
