Fazoli's taps franchise veteran to drive development

Fazoli's has named Kathy Davidson as senior director of franchise sales as part of the concept's strategy to drive growth and development.

"Kathy is an impressive franchise development executive who has already added tremendous value to the Fazoli's team," said Carl Howard, Fazoli's president and CEO, in a press release. "Her background in sourcing talented multi-unit franchisees and driving high-volume franchise sales strategies match perfectly with our aggressive growth plans."

Davidson joins Fazoli's after previously leading franchise development for both Cowboy Chicken and Church's Chicken.

"I've been extremely impressed with Fazoli's brilliant leadership and constant drive for excellence," said Davidson. "The brand continues to see record-breaking sales and open new locations to crowds. I'm excited to be a part of a team with such infectious passion and look forward to being a positive contributor to its continued growth."

In 2018, Fazoli's franchisees set sales records and the brand celebrated two of its largest openings in brand history in Hazard, Kentcky and Columbus, Georgia. It opened 10 locations in 2018.
