Fazoli's launches new look

October 26, 2016

Fazoli's has debuted a design that was created to help keep the brand relevant. Although the chain first updated its look in 2011, it was time for another refresh, said CEO Carl Howard.

"This is just the latest and greatest look we are rolling out across the country," he said "It was created to appeal to both a new generation of diners and long-time customers, as well as potential franchisees."

Fazoli's launched the latest makeover in March with the opening of a stand-alone prototype restaurant in Macon, Georgia. Each of the chain's new units will have the updated design elements, which include improved lighting to make the building more visible at night, prominent placement of the recognizable Fazoli's tomato logo and a versatile color scheme that gives the brand a fresh, modern image, Howard said.

Besides the new look, Fazoli's has also updated its menu by increasing the quality of ingredients and has added made-to-order options, including the Primo Submarinos, giving customers the flexibility to create dishes catered to their personal preference. It's also using real plate ware and silverware in lieu of foam plates and plastic cutlery.
