Fatburger opens full-service restaurant with sister chain

November 5, 2013

Fatburger has opened its first full-service, co-branded location with sister brand Buffalo's Cafe in Seattle. The location is equipped with a full-service Fat Bar and has outdoor seating, providing an enjoyable atmosphere for residents and tourists to enjoy their tasty, all-American fare. Co-branding with Buffalo's Express brings Fatburger an even more expansive menu in which customers can select from, said CEO of Fatburger and Buffalo's Cafe, Andy Wiederhorn. Food enthusiasts can choose from a variety of food options including jumbo, juicy wings, grilled-to-order burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches.

Fatburger will remain a fast casual restaurant but sometimes runs full service when co-branding with Buffalo's Express, Wiederhorn said.

"Through the opening of this first of its kind location, we hope to satisfy hungry residents and also offer a delicious option for tourists passing through," Wiederhorn said. "We look forward to impressing the Seattle community with our first full-service, co-branded location and plan to continue to expand throughout the area."

The new Fatburger and Buffalo's Express is located at 2378 Alki Ave. S.W., in Seattle.
