Fatburger offering Thousand Island burger as LTO

Fatburger is now offering its Thousand Island Fatburger through May 20. The burger adds a new taste profile to the already expansive Fatburger menu, taking a crowd-pleasing sauce and integrating it directly with the burger, said CEO of Fatburger, Andy Wiederhorn. Starting with 100-percent lean beef, the burger touts a hearty spread of rich, creamy Thousand Island dressing along with the popular "works" toppings — crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, pickles and onions.

"The Thousand Island Fatburger pairs great with any of our hand-scooped shakes for a refreshing Springtime experience," Wiederhorn said. "We're always looking for ways to broaden our menu and are excited to offer this zesty burger to our dedicated fan base."
