Fatburger headed to UK

Fat Brands, parent company of Fatburger and Buffalo's Express, has signed a major international agreement with Charlie FB Limited to open 15 co-branded restaurants across the United Kingdom over the next few years, according to a company press release.

"There is significant opportunity for the burger and wing industry across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we feel that our co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo's Express restaurants will resonate well with both residents and visitors alike," Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of FAT Brands, said in the release. “Like every Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express, our menu offerings and service will exude all things Americana."

The burger and chicken companies have more than 200 locations in 32 countries with recent openings in Cairo, Beijing and Las Vegas. It has development agreements in place to open at least 350 additional locations around the world in the coming years.
