Fatburger, Buffalo's Express making DC debut

FAT Brands Inc. is opening its first co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo's Express restaurant in Northern Virginia, at 8097 Sudley Road in Manassas. It offers the concepts' standard menus but also serves signature cocktails such as the Fat Mule and a Two in the Mornin' Daiquiri as well as spiked milkshakes made with hand-scooped, ice cream.

"We are excited to introduce Northern Virginia to our popular, co-branded restaurant model, the third to date in the state," Jake Berchtold, COO of FAT Brands' Fast Casual Division, said in a company press release. "The D.C. area has been craving Fatburger for some time, so we are pleased to now be able to serve them our famous Fatburgers and wings."

FAT Brands owns 17 restaurant brands: Round Table Pizza, Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli's, Twin Peaks, Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, Buffalo's Cafe & Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, Elevation Burger, Native Grill & Wings, Yalla Mediterranean and Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses and franchises 2,300 units worldwide.
