FAT Brands expanding Fatburger, Buffalo's Express

FAT Brands, parent company of Fatburger and Buffalo's Express, is developmenting 12 co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo's Express restaurants throughout Southern California and onein Washington state, according to a press release. 

The Fatburger and Buffalo's Express restaurant in Washington will reside in a casino being developed by the Quinault Indian Nation. Set to open next year, the Southern California locations will span across Orange County, Simi Valley, Rialto, Glendora, Colton, Bakersfield and Eastvale. 

"We are excited to expand our existing presence on the West Coast with these upcoming locations," CEO of FAT Brands Andy Wiederhor, said in a release. "We have incredible partnerships that we have cultivated and are thrilled to share our signature, American fare at Fatburger and Buffalo's Express to consumers in these markets."
