Fast casual concept Pizza Manifesto debuts in Kansas City market

Pizza Manifesto, a Neapolitan pizza concept, has opened its doors in Waldo, in the Kansas City, Mo., market, at 505 75th St. The concept offers a fast casual layout that brings customers along the counter where they can choose their toppings and watch as their pizzas are created, according to a news release. The pizzas are cooked at 700 degrees.

Pizza Manifesto pizzas will be available for dine-in and take-out, and come in a single size (about 12 inches). It also offers salads, gelato and a kids’ pizza. Pending a liquor license, the concept plans to offer beer and wine pairing suggestions as well.
