Execs acquire Tubby's Sub Shops

Robert Paganes, CEO of Tubby's Sub Shops, and Executive Vice President Bill Kiryakoza become sole partners of the Michigan-based company.

Robert Paganes, CEO of Tubby's Sub Shops, and Executive Vice President Bill Kiryakoza have announced that they have become sole partners of the Michigan-based company.

They acquired the ownership of Terry Paganes, who was one of the brothers of the original founder Richard Paganes. Robert (Bob) is the last remaining Paganes in the family business.

"We look forward to beginning complete renovations of all our 65 locations throughout Michigan, giving each store a fresh look," said Paganes in a company press release. "We also plan to expand the company and acquire new franchisees and innovative products."

The company has plans to take the sub shops in a fast casual direction.
