EVOS to open Miami locations

MIAMI — EVOS has announced it has signed a multiunit agreement with Foodies Miami to bring three stores to South Florida by early 2011, with the first set to open in late 2009.

The South Florida expansion is the latest sign of EVOS growth in the Southeast. EVOS also will open two franchise stores this summer in metro Atlanta with plans for two more locations by early 2010.

The Tampa, Fla.-based company is actively marketing franchise opportunities across Florida, including the Tampa Bay, Orlando, Miami-Dade and Broward markets. It also continues to raise capital for corporate store growth in Florida to augment its planned franchise growth. The company is currently seeking capital for four company-owned restaurants.
